I am going for a DMin? in Engaged wisdom.

personal statement

I don't want to be an anti- particularly, but I don't like traditionalism for its own sake, shy of programmatic solutions, against manipulation techniques (even toward the good cause) (powerful controlling the "weak"), not orthodoxical, antiestablishment, religion as a needy money extraction responsibility dodge. I also against algorithmic living.

Independent leader of individuals, like eastern hermit guru. Traitor to teams. Spiritual "change" (repentence) agent (consultant?) - You need church, just go to church.

A non-traditionalist, non-programmatic, non-manipulation, unorthodox, and anti-AI person is a radical free-thinker. They reject mainstream dogmas, automated thinking, and algorithmic control. They value raw human intuition, authentic chaos, and deep, un-optimized lived experience over efficiency and machine-scaled predictability. Stolen from Google AI

Core Mindset

  • Radical Autonomy: They refuse to let algorithms, social scripts, or automated tools dictate how they think, create, or behave.
  • Embracing Friction: They value delayed gratification, physical messiness, and hard-won personal realization over instant, frictionless tech solutions.
  • Anti-Optimization: They reject the constant cultural pressure to maximize productivity, treat life as a metric, or streamline human consciousness.

Creative and Social Style

  • Unorthodox Expression: Their work and habits do not follow safe, predictable templates or formulas.
  • Anti-Manipulation: They communicate with total transparency, refusing to use psychological hacks, corporate jargon, or persuasive tech loops to influence others.
  • Living Proof: As noted in analyses of those resisting tech hype, they find deep security in being unlinked from synthetic validation networks.

Don't think of the honorific, think of the illumination that can be gleaned, the increase in understanding and power to act. I am already on this road and I want to travel onward in the vein of the thirteenth article of faith. I don't know where this leads, but let us press forward and see.

Mission: To take a leadership role in my personal development and the development of others in both temporal and spiritual paradigms toward a multifaceted "trust" exaltation.

Be religious in my pursuits.

How to convince people to sacrifice self(-interest) for a higher path (marriage and family-building)? supporting this once engaged?

  • pursue further education toward accomplishment of this vision. Doctor of Ministry in Applied Wisdom? - Proselytizing Exaltation as personal development. - Selling Profitable Human Development and using Accenture as a tool to accomplish my goals where we align. This doesn't require having Accenture pay for this they pay me for my work and I do my doctorate off of the proceeds.

"you are here because of your potential for leadership in mortality, because of your ability to withstand the peculiar temptations that are here at this time." patriarchal blessing.

Perhaps the "peculiar temptation" is pride and priestcraft?

Leadership from the example of Jesus

  • Don't take the best place - no self-promotion
  • Don't Lord over people (1 Peter 5:2) - be an example
  • Become a Servant - be prepared to suffer and die
  • Humble Yourself - don't exalt yourself (priestcraft) (Philippians 2:3-4)
  • Don't promote yourself (Proverbs 27:2) - Let others praise you.

Courage (to abase yourself and be open), Integrity (not expedient), Communication (listening and speaking). Be the Empath.

Behavioral School of Authentic Leadership

  • Self-awareness - know strengths and weaknesses (MBTI type?) don't hide. continual development
  • Balance - balanced processing. task, team, and individual. don't let something get too high or too low.
  • Transparency - no secret agendas - integrity in what you show to others. behavior easy to predict.
  • Morality - principle-based behavior. a sense of mission and vision beyond your participation.

E6 practices of leadership

  • Envision - compelling future, what will it look like?
  • Enlist - those who share the vision and their contribution.
  • Embody - Stand for it. Integrity. People don't believe the message unless they believe the messanger.
  • Empower - give people authority and trust toward the mission. Equip with tools. and support forever.
  • Evaluate - people and ethics toward the goal. iterate toward fixing problems. Progressing? be honest.
  • Encourage - keep the group enthusiastic. COLLABORATORS - group of leaders.
