At the end of the day, I just want food options in my town of Tucumcari.

Currently, we have one quite expensive supermarket and two "dollar" stores.

Better "grocery" outlets are eighty miles in Clovis or 120 miles away in Amarillo, for the nearest options.

I could picture this as a bulk canned food cooperative or just a service. I'm guessing in New Mexico, we could simply say that we only deal in foodstuffs that are durable and tax-exempt (https://www.thinknewmexico.org/food-tax-repeal/).

https://fci.coop/ could be a decent resource, but maybe I don't want to be a coop, because everything I started with some social cause basically ended up being taken from me and given to someone else. If I want an income, I need to keep it private and in-house.
